00:00:52: Strategy has been struggling especially their STRC product.

00:00:57: usually This should stay at around a hundred US dollars.

00:01:01: last Friday it even sank to seventy one us dollars.

00:01:07: The main cause for the Bitcoin fall is of course its dependency on the weekly buys off strategy.

00:01:14: But this whole thing might actually change because strategy has just unveiled their capital framework to preserve a bitcoin exposure, they also have introduced by selling actually Bitcoin.

00:01:30: And we're talking here about one point five or one point two, five a billion US dollars of MSTR stock being sold as well.

00:01:41: So in total, when we are looking at the cash reserves.

00:01:46: We already have two point five billion US dollars adding that we're looking around three point eight billion us dollars worth of cash and that will put them to a round twenty six month worth off dividend payments.

00:02:00: That means that above Two years is the dividend payment secured for this strategy investor?

00:02:07: The idea Michael Saylor here's off course.

00:02:09: who bring it up bit of stability into the market and the Bitcoin price has not really reacted too much to it, because while they didn't do any bitcoin purchases even Of course, on one side the market is pricing in that strategy might be forced to sell more Bitcoin.

00:02:34: But on the other hand this is actually a healthy for the strategy stock and then in turn ideally also for the Bitcoin price.

00:02:42: so I would say it's more organic of buying and selling Bitcoin while still trying to maintain their reserves.

00:02:50: Ideally This will help the Bitcoin prize as well.

00:02:54: Now here we're clearly falling below the kind of range.

00:02:57: We've defined below the sixty thousand US dollars, which is such an important line.

00:03:01: currently were currently sitting at around a fifty nine thousand us dollars and to be honest if we are driving another new or other range in order are trying to kind of push above sixty four thousand US dollars.

00:03:28: If this should actually hold up, then ideally will jump higher but for now we're in the middle of a new range with a new bottom over around fifty-four thousand us dollars.

00:03:39: however if we close weekly about sixty thousand that would be bullish and then ideally fight back to the middle.

00:03:51: Now, next up let's talk about Ethereum.

00:03:54: The Ethereum foundation has been struggling of course the ethereum price as well.

00:03:59: but the Foundation has been criticised left and right a lot.

00:04:03: high key people have left the foundation in last couple months.

00:04:07: there is some restructuring done.

00:04:09: currently we are looking at fifty four people actually losing their job with a major restructure coming into it one month.

00:04:21: pay for these people and will support them on their kind of transition to a new work.

00:04:27: And the foundation, we'll now kind of restructure and refocus there kind of main priorities.

00:04:33: Now Of course The Foundation has always had the priorities of privacy decentralization and scalability as well.

00:04:40: But the question is, will it be enough to actually increase at the Ethereum price?

00:04:46: Now.

00:04:46: The whole development and structure on the admin side will kind of newly built.

00:04:53: but if we look at the price... ...the market has not reacted at all.

00:04:58: And that's a good sign because usually when companies are announcing layoffs It means this will actually bolster the numbers and that would increase stock price.

00:05:09: In the case of Ethereum however, no increase has been recorded in last couple weeks!

00:05:15: Of course we are currently sitting at a major break zone around US dollars and if we can jump from here then talk about US dollars once again.

00:05:27: If these breaks especially on weekly I guarantee you people start talking fairly soon, so new kind of range will be here this major zone around a thousand one hundred to a thousand three hundred which was a Major Zone just recently.

00:05:45: Just One year ago before we had This crazy jump towards the five thousand.

00:05:50: So ideally We'll see kind Of resurgence off The ethereum price but for now it actually doesn't look that good.
